One Hundred Pictures in One Hundred Days
ISU Student Reflections
100 photos in 100 days is a creative assignment that expand knowledge towards a photographic mind. It gives you a different aspect of the world. Making you look at the unique features of the world. From the beginning of the semester we were given 100 different words to capture a picture to represent each of the words. Each word had a different challenge to it. Some of the words I was stuck on them for quite a while but I managed to fit a picture to each word. Brianna B.
100 photos in 100 days was one of my favorite projects this year. I liked how all the pictures I took didn’t have to be same and each one had its own word and meaning. This project was something different and I was able to take the photos outside of school. I was able to express myself with these photos and take them all throughout the different seasons. This project also help me with my critiques and improved my definitions. Meagan E.
Overall, I really enjoyed completing this project. I thought it was really fun to be creative and display photos that I felt were actually good and I was actually proud of. I find with some other projects if I don’t enjoy the project I can’t be as creative as I want to be and thus I’m not as happy with my work and I then don’t enjoy putting the effort into it. With this project, because I enjoyed that I could be creative, I enjoyed it a lot more. Subject didn’t matter, I could edit it however I liked. The biggest struggles for me where choosing a presentation song and actually deciding which photos I wanted to include. Cathy F.
